Measuring poverty using non-income indicators enable countries to target and develop programs for alleviation understand its performance towards the sustainable development goals (SDG’s). This paper which seeks evaluate of municipality Ocampo in Camarines Sur, Philippines SDG’s via Community-based Management System (CBMS) would policymakers recipients government interventions municipality. looked into responsiveness Ocampo, Sur SDGs by identifying household index; gap index severity as well estimating probability households becoming poor are connected with SDG’s. Employing Foster-Greer-Thorbecke (FGT) measures, logistic regression, researcher found that around 64.5% poor. Likewise, majority don’t have access clean safe water, toilet facilities internet electric connectivity. However, despite them being poor, residents visits medical received treatments if they sick.
